Fourth, use AI to amplify strengths, not weaknesses. Let it handle repetition and analysis while you focus on strategy, wisdom, and values—especially important for leaders, entrepreneurs, and those building long-term resilience.

Finally, keep learning and adapting. Mastery comes from active engagement, not passive consumption. The moment AI starts thinking for you instead of with you, you’ve handed it the reins.

In short: AI should serve your purpose—not define it.
